Cancellation policy

We respectfully remind you that we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for any appointment booked at COMPLEMENT - Osteo & Physio.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be charged at full appointment fee.

We have this cancellation policy in order to be able to run smoothly the clinic and to allow everyone who needs our therapies to be able to attend their appointment without unnecessary delays. This policy also is in place in order to protect and in respect of our professional staff.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so using the link in the email you receive for your appointment confirmation. That link expires at the 24hrs, which means you can cancel your appointment up to 24hrs before your appointment.

In case you have to cancel your appointment for any emergency reason we will consider not charging you for your missing appointment. Please note that any specific case will be evaluated.

If you are using your insurance to cover treatment you are responsible for monitoring how many sessions you have had and are liable for any shortfall if sessions are booked that have not been pre-authorized. Most insurance policies have an excess and will not cover unattended appointments or cancellations. This means that in case you notify us of cancelling your appointment within the 24hrs you will have to pay the amount that your insurance would cover for your session.
