Covid-19 Safety Policy

Our Approach

Here at Complement, we take very seriously the safety of our patients and our staff inside the clinic. We try to minimize the risk by following the government’s and Public Health England's guidelines, together with the professional bodies’ guidelines we are affiliated with. We are allowed to operate as usual, keeping our clinic spaces open to the public and welcoming our patients at Complement.

Our priority is to make you feel safe, protected, and comfortable during your sessions in the treating rooms and in the time you will spend in the communal areas.

As the ongoing situation with the Covid-19 pandemic is in constant development, we constantly review and update our safety protocols within the clinical settings.

What we do to keep you safe

In order to reduce the risk of transmission, there are some actions we have to take at all times in the clinic. Even if in public spaces the use of the mask is not mandatory, you are still required to wear a face mask when in clinical (healthcare) settings at all the time, and we will too. I will make sure that the surfaces and any tools used inside the clinic are disinfected regularly between each session. Upon your arrival, you will need to use hand gel, wear your face mask, and maintain a safe distance from other people.

If you feel unwell or you think you might have any symptoms related to COVID-19, please make sure you let us know before your appointment. This will help us to best manage and evaluate the situation.

When you will book your Initial Assessment with us, you will receive a Welcome Email which contains useful information and also an online COVID-19 pre-screening/triage form that you are required to fill out prior to your visit to the clinic.
